Training on the application scope of the HACCP system
On 30th November 2005 the practical part of the training on the application of the HACCP system was conducted by Simone Prinz ESCA - Food Solutions and Wim Thielen (Thielen Consult) in LNB Poland, Kiszkowo. The participants included both feed producers - from commercial mixing facilities as well as mixing facilities at integrated plants and representatives of slaughterhouses from Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, Germany, Austria and Poland. The company ESCA-Food Solutions deals with supplying raw materials (meat semi-finished products) for the McDonalds network in the whole Europe and thus is responsible for assuring the proper quality standards in the whole production chain (feed-animal-meat products). The demonstrative part of the training in Kiszkowo included practical workshops which also involved representatives of LNB Poland.
